This means that any person once affiliated with the Kappa Kappa Psi fraternity or Tau Beta Sigma sorority, of any membership status recognized by those national organizations, may join BINC.

While the focus of BINC remains on the Beta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi and the bands of Montana State University, BINC is committed to the overall objectives of the national organizations and will strive to serve music programs in the communities and almamaters of its entire membership.
