About the Beta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi Past MSU Band Directors Dr. Lisa Hunter: Director of Athletic bands (2003-2005) Prior to her position at MSU, Dr. Hunter was an assistant Marching Band Director at the University of Arizona where she received her Masters Degree in Conducting and her PhD in Music Education. Dr. Lisa Hunter is an Honorary member of both Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma and is one of the current KKY Midwest District Governor.
